Rock’n Revival for the Cure

Every year, Cincinnati psych/pop band The Grove hosts an annual cancer benefit concert to honor their father John Forsthoefel, who passed away from brain cancer (Glioblastoma) in 2015. The two brothers in The Grove created the benefit to find the cure. Local bands perform at Southgate House Revival with all proceeds donated to the John Forsthoefel for Glioblastoma Research Fund.

The event gets bigger each year, and with the new look, messaging, and promotion,
2023’s Rock’n Revival had it’s highest donation total in 7 years.
